Shipping + Returns


We allow returns on items within 10 days of purchase for a Full Refund + up to 30 days for Store Credit. Items must be unused, unaltered, with tags attached + receipt or gift receipt to be valid for return. If items have make-up stains, they will not be eligible for refund or store credit. Sale items, bath, body + home cleaning items are final sale.



Sale items, bath, body + gift certificates are final sale + ineligible for refund or exchange.

Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem. We allow returns on items within 10 days of receipt for a Full Refund + up to 30 days for Store Credit. The post date of your return package must fall within this time frame to be valid.

All merchandise must be returned in its original, undamaged condition; tags attached, items unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of make-up and deodorant stains. Shoes must be returned with no wear + accompanied by their original canvas shoe bag. Original + return shipping fees are non-refundable. Please review your returns carefully prior to sending it in.

Please note that you, the customer, are responsible for the shipping + handling of the returned item.

[1]  Fill out the Return Form included in your original shipment. There is also a copy of the Return Form at the bottom of this page.
[2]  Include in your package the filled out Return Form as well as the original packing slip from your original shipment.
[3]  Send your package back to us [1629 W. 1st Ave, Columbus, Ohio 43212] via shipping method of your choice. Please note your tracking number from your label for your own records.
[4]  Once we receive your package, allow up to 4 business days for return processing. When your return is processed you will be emailed a notification. It can take 7-10 business days for your personal bank to process the refund into yoru account. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed on the same card used for the original transaction. If the original purchase card is no longer available, you will be issued a gift card.

In the event that you are located near one of our brick + mortar locations + would prefer to drop your return off in-store + save shipping fees, you are welcome to do so. We will still need the filled out Return Form + your original Order Form. Please note that our stores act as a drop-off point for Online Returns only.They will not be processing your return. Your return will be transferred to our Returns Department at our Home Office to be validated. Please allow up to 4 business days for return processing.

We carefully inspect every piece that comes in, but in the rare case that you might receive defective or damaged merchandise, please contact our Returns Department at within 3 days of receiving your order. We’re sorry, but there no exceptions to the timing of this policy.

Ground: USPS typically delivers within 3-6 business days. Delivery dates may vary according to USPS; we cannot control the package after it leaves our facility. You will be given a tracking number to keep track of your package once it has left our hands.
