We ship everywhere within the continental United States. All orders over $100 ship for free. Orders under $100 ship standard USPS for $4.99.

 

PICK-UP

We provide easy, quick + free in-store pick-up for our local customers. Simply select your pick-up location at check-out while in the shipping section.

 

RETURN POLICY

We offer returns for STORE CREDIT on your purchase for up to 30 days. Items must be unused, unaltered, with tags attached + physical or trackable receipt to be valid for return. If items have make-up stains, they will not be eligible for return.
Sale items, specialty food items, as well as bath, body + home cleaning items are all final sale.

  

TO MAKE A RETURN FOR AN ONLINE PURCHASE

  1. Fill out the included Return Form to include with your return.

  1. You may swing by any of our brick and mortar locations to return an online order. If you're mailing your return back, you may mail it using the service of your choice, keeping the tracking number for your own records. Please note that we are not responsible for any return fees nor packages that are lost or damaged.

  1. Once we receive your return, we will email you with your online store credit code. These credits do not expire. If you’d like your credit converted into a physical gift card for in-store use, simply let us know via email (hello@shopvernacular.com) prior to your visit.

 

NON- DELIVERABLE ADDRESSES

In the case that your package is unable to be delivered to the address entered at checkout and it is therefore returned to us, we will reach out to you about next steps. You will have the option to provide another delivery address, but we will need to recharge for a second shipping attempt. In the case that your order qualified for free shipping the first time, we will unfortunately not be able to honor that for a second attempt and we will inform you of the shipping cost. You will also have the opportunity to cancel your order for a refund less a 15% restocking fee if we receive your order back and you are unable to provide another shipping address.

 

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT MERCHANDISE?

We carefully inspect every piece that ships out, but in the rare case that you might receive defective, damaged or incorrect merchandise, please email us at grandview@shopvernacular.com within three (3) days of receiving your order. Please check your order when it arrives to ensure your expectations are met. If not, we will be able to work together to get you an exchange or store credit.

  

MERCHANDISE AVAILABILITY

While we make every attempt to properly represent real inventory quantities in our warehouse on our website, merchandise availability cannot be guaranteed. If merchandise is not available when your order is processed, we will notify you via email. When merchandise isn't available, the purchase will be fully refunded.
