Many of our Specialty Foods are available for purchase online for local pick-up only. This is due to the fact that many of these amazing items have fragile/delicate packaging and, most importantly, they do not ship well using standard USPS (think extreme heat and cold at different times of year while sitting on a delivery truck, yikes!) Be sure to check the individual item listing to make sure. If an item is on your order that requires shipping, we will go ahead and remove it from the order and refund the amount to the form of payment used to make to purchase.
Please also note that all specialty food items are final sale and non-refundable/exchangeable for safety reasons. Even if an item is sealed, we are unable to accept it as a return. Thank you for understanding that safety comes first!
